  I purchased a few tons of top soil from [Page Road Garden Center](http://www.pageroadgardencenter.com/) before. Their price/delivery were fine. Their delivery pretty much consists of dumping everything in your driveway and letting you deal with it though. I soon realized that my shovel and back were not up to the task of moving the soil around to where I wanted it -- so I had to hire someone else with a Bobcat to come spread it out.
