  I've been seeing a woman named Carolyn (http://www.carolynmorrisonphillips.com/) for almost 9 years. She's amazing. She charges $60/hour, but she refuses tips. She always says she'd rather someone came back than accept a tip. She's helped a ton with my chronic headaches and migraines.
