Does anybody know of any botox injection providers in Texas? If I end up having to go out of town for it, how many appointments will I have to go to? Would they need to see me for a consultation, procedure, and follow-up? Additionally, I have my first pelvic floor therapy session coming up...do they do a pelvic exam like the gynecologist does? That literally scarred me because the gynecologist was extremely rude and acted like I was TRYING to make things difficult for her. Anyways, any advice or answers would be appreciated!
