  Dentist??? Does anyone have a dentist that he or she could recommend? Anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn is OK. Since coming to the city I've seen a number of dentists, but I haven't yet found one who does a good job and is honest (i.e., not trying​ to recommend unnecessary procedures).
