  See who your dentist usually refers to. Most places will want a copy of your most recent X-rays and any other relevant information that your dentist can provide them with. If you're in the south, South Calgary Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (www.oralsurgerycalgary.com) is a nice option, and Steve Bureau (linked in another comment) is another great option who used to work at South Calgary back in the day.
