  Dartmouth Sportsplex has one but aren't very open right now. :/ My bodybuilding coach has a similar machine (a little less fancy) at her work, [Maritime Physiotherapy](http://www.maritimephysio.ca/). You could contact them to see what they would charge for you to get on it, and to verify it will give you all the details you want to find out.
