  I can't comment on the finished job because the job won't begin until the end of the month, but I am having work done by [Zuta Pro](http://zutapro.com/). It's not a patch but a complete re-do, but maybe try them. They were responsive, the price was fair, and they came recommended. Like you, I had no-shows, unreturned calls, and people not interested. I just can't vouch completely because, as I said, the work won't take place until later.
