From looking around it looks like it's hard to find competent treatment for TMJ and I've already had dealings with two nutwhacker dentists who only managed to make things worse.   http://www.widneroms.com/ These guys! I had my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Widner, and my boyfriend had his out by Dr. Alford. We have NO IDEA why, but we were both refunded 100% of our 20% copays, meaning our surgeries were 100% covered by our insurance. We have separate insurances and had the surgeries two years apart, but it was awesome. Also very pain-free, heavy on the prescription painkillers, and great aftercare.
