  Any good gynos? So I've gone and knocked my wife up, and we need a new doctor for her. Her current ob/gyn is a cut and run doc (30% of the babies she delivers are caesarian). We're going to use the birthing center up near Trident; can anyone recommend a quality doc who is a proponent of letting nature take its course when possible? I'm suspicious of docs who are so quick recommend caesarians or inducing labor for their own convenience, rather than to prevent true health problems.
