I am a person who is looking to start regular therapy appointments. I've tried therapists in the past and every time I've very quickly found that it just wasn't a good fit. People in Minneapolis that are in or have had productive regular therapy: who is/was your therapist? Would you recommend them to others? What do/did you like about them? I have (good) health insurance through HealthPartners so if they accept that insurance that's even better.
