  Does anyone have a recommendation for a primary care physician? I am so bummed that the first year I am on my own with insurance and signed up for Blue Cross because my doctor's group accepted it, they didn't renew the entire group for 2015, so the group dumped Blue Cross. I have been going there for over 15 years. I mainly need it for preventative care. I do an annual physical and well woman visit. I rarely get sick, but would like someone who actually spends time with you and cares. Oh, and if their billing department is competent that would be an added bonus.

  Hello neighbors, looking for some recommendations. My boyfriend is looking to establish a primary care physician and I wanted to see if anyone had any (male preferred) general physicians that he can go see to get a physical and address some concerns that he has. We're looking for someone who is genuinely caring, kind, patient, and understanding towards people who have any kind of questions regarding their health. He saw a doctor last year who kind of brushed off his concerns and just told him to exercise more and that was it. Insurance isn't an issue and it doesn't have to be solely in West Hills, we are fine with traveling throughout the SFV area. Any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks in advance.
