  Looking for a contractor I have a few projects, notably a couple of bathrooms that need remodeling, and I have had little luck finding a contractor. Of the eight my wife and I have contacted, only two have bothered to come to our house and take a look, and of those two, only one sent me an estimate. I've looked on Angie's List and other places and just can't seem to connect with someone who's interested in taking on this work. Guess the economy is getting better? Anyone have any recommendations of or experiences with local contractors? I want someone who's legit (licensed/bonded/insured) as I'm planning on putting my house on the market sometime in the next year.
