  Anyone know of a good professional to help with food addiction? My food addiction has gotten out of control. I won't go into details as it's not important. I just want to find a professional that I can go to that will help me plan meals and just give me general help with my addiction. I would prefer if you cite professionals you have met with before or that you know are good at what they do. I guess I would also prefer if it be a dietitian/nutritionist. I'm not against going to a psychologist/counselor, but I think I would benefit most from someone who could help me with planning my meals and to tailor a diet specifically for my needs.

  [Brookhaven Hospital](http://www.brookhavenhospital.com/compulsive-overeating-treatment/) deals with compulsive overeating. It's a Christian-based treatment program, so I'm not sure if that will turn you off.
