  Wedding catering We are trying to find full service catering that includes appetizers, entree, all staffing including all table set up and break down with linens, chair ceremony set up and break down, and bartending service (not including actual alcohol) for about $50/person for about a 100 person wedding. Any catering recommendations that will do it all and provide good food? Thinking fajitas would fit nicely in our price range, having trouble finding a place with full service though.

  You might actually check pok-e-jos. They have a pretty robust wedding catering business and are not limited to bbq.
