I have Anthem Blue Cross HMO for insurance, if this helps. Can anyone recommend a legit therapist or psychiatrist that they know and trust for anxiety?   I just signed up for cheap "not therapy" group counseling http://transitionsgroups.org/index.html dunno if its any good but its cheap.
