  Real Estate Agent / Mortgage Broker Request - Moving to town I'm moving to Madison from DC, and will be house-hunting shortly. My understanding is that AL prevents Real Estate Agent's from passing you a part of the buyer's commission (a common practice in the DC area), so I'm just looking for an agent with good availability and communication. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also I'm looking for a broker with LPMI available if anyone has a recommendation there as well. Thank you for your help!
