  Dana W. wrote: This is the worst cut I have ever had. She asked if I wanted layers in the back and proceeded to cut what now looks like a chunk of hair. It is not layered nor blended. I'm having to go somewhere else to pay for someone to fix the mess created at Epic. Horrible.
