  Can anyone refer a good doctor? I have severe pain in my shoulder. I can't lift my arm out to the side. There are days I can barely remove my shirt I'm in so my pain. Maybe a orthopedic or physical therapist??? Referrals would be appreciated as I don't know where to start!
