Blue Crown Capital is an independent mortgage consulting firm specializing in sourcing residential loans in Israel for clients living in Israel and abroad.
Having worked and built up close relationships with leading Israeli mortgage banks we offer two main services:
1. Mortgage sourcing We obtain quick mortgage approval and deal with the usual bureaucracy associated with the Israeli banking system.
We negotiate lowest interest rates with the banks based on the leverage we have from past successes.
2. Mortgage refinancing We provide free analysis of your current mortgage.
We source better loans and terms for refinancing and restructuring of your mortgage which results in significant savings.
In addition to the discount listed below, our clients get at least 50% off the banks set up charges. (We work with a number of banks so it depends on which bank). In addition to this we hook our clients up with an anglo insurance agent who gives us preferential rates.
