Dana M. wrote: I hired Todd Butler to provide a re-roof on my home as he stated he was the expert and the only person in Grand Junction to provide a built up roof system. Was very excited. I also included a new garage roof. Then within 6 months of completion, the asphalt started sliding down and off the roof. After numerous text and weeks gone by, I sent him photo's of the problem. He blamed the summer heat and the pitch of the roof. Stated he always has solutions to fix. The gutters installed have leaks behind them and onto the facia boards which will rot the facia boards. My issues have been ongoing now for 1.5 years. Todd and an employee came to work on the problems numerous times, but the problems continue. At this time, I cannot recommend Todd Butler.Thank you for your feedback.
