  Does anyone have any recommendations for basement waterproofing? We have one of our window wells filling with water and flooding through the window. Only happens when we get a storm like last night and it overwhelms the gutter system on the roof. Below grade basement.

Good luck to all with issues. We lived it too long before getting the ultimate fix and now we don't stress after a night like last night.

  No, all types. We have just had them replace a window well so far, but have been very impressed with their work and professionalism. We have gotten quotes from them for other types of windows, but we are still trying to decide on the type of window we actually want. I'm not sure why they call themselves Egress Windows, since they do all windows. Actually the website is www.egressescapewindows.com , owner Jim Dischner at 303-438-6888. They offered a good price, and are very responsive to inquiries about other issues you might have with your windows, and are all around helpful. Very trustworthy, and great followup with thank you notes & everything.

  Sherri Bond - the company I mentioned is Egress Windows, at www.egressescapewindows.com at 303-438-6888. Owner is Jim Dischner. They replaced one of our window wells that had been installed incorrectly by builder & disintegrated. They also do all s orts of other windows, even though their name suggests just egress windows. Pricing is competitive, service is personalized, and employees are great. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
