  Dr. Arnold (right before square in Marion) --he does take emergency appts if u call 618-997-9005... Just to give u heads up... If u have severe tooth pain--most dentists will have to put u on an antibiotic & pain med for a few days before they can extract or operate on ur tooth.. Sooo.. Call a dentist first thing in the morn ... And .. Most dentists(if u have no insurance).. Will work out a payment arrangement depending on severity of problem. Hope this helps
