The poor fellows worked so hard from 8:15 am to 6:00, but were upset at being short staffed. I have a 1015 sq ft apartment and we had easy access to elevators, therefore no delays. My coworker who recommended Paul’s, lives in a 4 bedroom house, 3 kids and 2 dogs; had 3 movers, her bill was over $300.00 less than mine. I guess I get a raw deal for the lack staff!

Every detail from confirming two days in advance from Barb in the office to Drew and the boys arriving as they said they would. The truck was clean and organized and the crew were extremely professional. Moving an entire household, wrapped and stacked, and unloading at the new home and placed in the appropriate rooms was amazing. The boys worked extremely hard and diligent and were finished by 6:00 pm. Thank you for the entire experience and I would highly recommend Paul’s moving with Drew and his crew for a worry free pleasant experience on your move. Cary, Matt, Tristy, and Parn arrived on the first day and in 2 short hours filled the can from front to back, floor to ceiling! Professional, Courteous, Careful handling of the furniture and Us. The second load was handled by Cary and Matt in the same way. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul’s moving to friends and as most businesses know word of mouth is the best advertisement of all.

He was grumpy, unprofessional, rude and he made it clear numerous times that he did not want to be working. He also hit my walls with my furniture four times without apology or acknowledgment. Unfortunately, some of my furniture was also damaged. Due to these reasons, I would not recommend Paul’s moving.

On a another note...my friend who was there and recently retired as general manager of a large lumber company made an observation that he was also impressed by the work ethic of both of PAUL'S employees. He said that I was getting good value for the money I was paying. I would not hesitate to use PAUL'S in any future moves.

They seemed to anticipate each other’s next move whether wrapping, packing to truck, or placement in the truck. I had big outdoor items but those never caused them a moments concern when it came to loading. These big items they placed in the backyard where I wanted them also. I can not thank them enough for such an excellent move. The move was done on September 22.2022 The move was from Fort St James to Prince George. Arrived at 10am. In Prince George and unloaded at 3:00pm. I could not ask for better service. Thank you fellows. Much appreciated. Sherry Nielsen.

Kery and Denis were extremely careful packing up all the items and took special care with all the fragile things. They came prepared with an assortment of boxes as well as packing paper and tape. I didn’t need to provide anything. And by the end of the day everything was boxed and ready for the movers. The movers, Jessie, Tristan and Dakota were also excellent. They were careful with how they loaded the truck but, at the same time, were fast and efficient. As well, they were very respectful of the neighbours making sure the truck didn’t block driveways. From there they moved my dad’s things to storage and were just as careful making sure everything was was solidly stacked and accessible. I was so impressed with this moving company and highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and accommodating, both important factors as moving can be so stressful. They made it easy for me!

This would have been fine, except we were charged from 08:30 when rental truck was being picked up in abbotsford by my husband at truck rental place opening at 08:00. I had left some old quilts and the mattress bags I had purchased for use at the house, as I had to offload kids and dogs before picking up the additional rental quilts and retuening. When I arrived home I entered the house carrying the quilts and instead of being greeted by 'Brad' the team lead, he said in an arrogant an angry tone "You took long enough! We certainly could have used those a while ago!" I was stunned... Lucas and Josh worked their butts off. Brad smoked a lot and gave orders to the other two. Despite boasting of his vast moving experience, the truck was loaded off balance and was over weight with 1/3 of the storage compartment left empty. For someone with that amount of alleged expertise, a 2nd truck should have been recommended early on so we could have sourced while the team still had lots of time on site. So instead if paying $150/hour for a moving team to sit for 3 hrs while we collected another unit, we released them and finished the loading and rearranging the original crappy pack job ourselves. All of the mattresses were moved without bags- despite Brad's assurance that they would never touch the dirty truck floor...something he could not promise as it was a different team of movers for unload on the other end- and he knew that. I have pics of my mattresses sitting in the dirty truck floor after being brought down inside the load from where they had been piled for the trip. Brad also took pieces of the treadmill off stating they had to be removed to get it down the stairs. This was unnecessary on move into that house with Ready-move, so I still don't understand why this was required. Brad also stated he didn't put it back together in case they needed to be off at the other end to get it into place. Of course the pieces got separated during the move and weren't located for 3 weeks until we were almost finished unpacking. Would I recommend Paul's moving- NEVER as long as Brad is part of the team... I would recommend the work of Josh and Lucas though. They were very respectful and careful with our belongings.

They moved me and it took 3 hrs, and was asked how I was going to pay... stated $500 cash and mover said I could use my credit card for the rest of the total cost. He then called Duatin and was told to just take the $500. I reluctantly gave him my money and they left. I have never been treated so badly like I was by someone I hired and paid to do an job for me. It was completely uncalled for and I certainly did not deserve such disrespect. I had heard good things about your company prior to my move, hence the reason I hired you. But I will not use your company again and I will make it known how bad my experience was if asked about your service. I honestly think I overpaid for your service I received that day...and I should have only paid $300, which I wanted to. But I did pay what you asked for.

This was a move to take out my mom's furniture from her fourth floor condo. The 3 individuals were not working well together right from the beginning. There was a lot of swearing and bickering going on between them. It was rather uncomfortable. 2 of the indivuduals wrapped furniture while the third one loaded the truck from the parking garage. The lane into the garage has a fairly steep incline so it was suggested they turn the truck around to make it level for loading. This suggestion fell on deaf ears. I was in the parking garage when the 1 individual attempted to push up my mom's 50 year old teak credenza (very valuable) when he lost control and dolly and credenza both went flying off the side. The 6 foot credenza was wrapped so I did not see the extent of the damage until it was delvered to my home. It was very upsetting to say the least. As other pieces were brought in more damage was noticed. Paul was contacted. He came to my home to assess the damage. He used all the excuses which I did not buy into at all! Ultimately the damaged pieces were brought away for repair and returned. The damage is still very noticeable which will result in this furniture's value decreasing. I will never, ever use Paul's moving again! And please, don't you either!
