  Need a Dentist recommendation (sedation dentistry) So, I have been in Knoxville about 3 years now and am woefully behind on dental care. I need a crown and some other work. I have dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also have an insane phobia of dentists. I spent the last two hours on the phone trying to find a dentist and feel like I have run a marathon. I'm shaking and covered in sweat. I really need a dentist that can offer some options in the way of sedation. (My dentist back home used to call me in Valium and put me on Nitrous.) Doe anyone have a recommendation? I'd love some help finding a sympathetic dentist with good patient reviews!

  Dr Gerald Robinson is good, he has nitrous available and will use it if you need it. He also will do no-needle dentistry, if the work being done isn't going to hit a nerve or your gums there's no need to numb anything and you can get in and out very quickly. He's very good at making sure things don't hurt.
