  Advice Needed. Our water heater broke last night and our regular plumber quoted $1300 (includes a new Rheeme 30-gallon heater and installation on a 3rd floor in a very hard-to-reach spot). Anyone been through this recently that can advise on whether that is a fair price or not? Feels like a lot but maybe I'm dreaming.
