  Every hairdresser I have been to always says they know exactly what I want after I show pictures and discuss how my hair works. Which normally has to be dry cut at first when I arrive with washed and ironed hair, then maybe washed and tweaked after a flat iron by the hairdresser. My hair seems to always need tweaking and my hair is very deceiving wet. The one who could actually do it all has moved away so now I'm "looking." Here are two up close shots of my hair. The right side (pic 1) looks like a different cut than on the left (pic 2) but actually it flows the same from top to bottom. Any recommendations? I know we have so many good hairdressers in our area, it's just some have a knack for certain styles of cuts than others. Thanks.

  Can I ask why you need tweeking over and over again? Its hard to see your hair in these pictures? Are you naturally curly? Very straight? What is going on because of the tweeking? My BEST advice is stop in a salon, interview the stylist, look at their work, what tools do they use? What product line? Education and years of experience? Should have both! I know people in the field 20 years and yet I know ones that allowed themselves to go stale. I am part owner of my salon with 23 years experience. My staff which is mentioned above are great as well.
