About us

I'm a local realtor in Dayton OH that concentrates on the residential side of real estate. I help people buy and sell homes. I'm licensed in the state of Ohio but keep my practice mainly in the areas of Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties. I can assist with existing homes and new construction as well. Either buyer or seller, I help guide you through a contract, financing and inspections. I am certified in residential sales and hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. My main goal is to make your transaction easy. That's why you hire a professional. I want it to be the best real estate deal you'll ever have. I strive to be more of a consultant rather than a 'sales person'. This takes the pressure off the client so they don't feel like someone is trying to sell them.

Recently I used a different realtor(from a different company) to act as property manager for my home in Dayton. I wouldn't say that either agent has been bad, but in both cases I really felt the realtors talked over us, weren't completely listening to what we wanted, and kind of did their own thing.
