People on the real estate subreddit suggested that I should post on the local subreddit if I'm looking for real estate agents for buyers. Do you guys have any recommendations of people you have used in the past that you could refer me to? Also, are there any local mortgage lender recommendations? I've also heard it's better to take a mortgage from a local lender compared to internet banks or national banks. Thanks!
