  Dentist for seniors who are terribly afraid of dentists? My mom hasn't been to a dentist a single time in my whole life. Now, she is having pretty severe problems and she is having pain. She always just uses orajel and moves on... I love my dentist and he's so sweet and offers all kinds of patience. He even has kittens you can hold to help ease people with anxiety. But I'm in Seattle. My mom is in SW Florida. Does anyone know of any dentists who are incredibly hand-holdy with difficult patients? Especially those who probably haven't been to a dentist since before novacaine existed? I appreciate any help. She's in a lot of pain but is so scared.
