  Any recommendations on a groomer? I rescued a dog a while back and now he is in desperate need of some grooming. He had a bad past, from what I can tell he was very abused and he hides from every person that comes within 50 feet of him and shakes. So I need someone who can handle this. I know he will not like a stranger being close but he truly needs a haircut. Thanks.

  Since your dog is so scared I would suggest a mobile groomer. They come to your home in a van equipped with the grooming station and it takes about 1 to 2 hours. This way your dog won't have to go and stay in a cage and be around a lot of other dogs fo r the whole day. There are a few online in the area. I use mobiledogandcatgrooming.com. http://mobiledogandcatgrooming.com Also they do not charge any more then a groomer in a store.
