  I bought a home in Garden Valley a few months ago and had a hell of a time finding insurance at a reasonable price. I was referred to Javier Ortiz at Beach & O'Neill Insurance at 916-676-0844 and he found a reasonably priced policy through Merced Property & Casualty. I was told by Farmers, AAA, USAA, and just about everyone else that they weren't writing policies in the area after the fires in Santa Rosa and Ventura areas.
