  URGENT!!! I'm looking for a Licensed Electrician who can help me pull a permit with the City of Bakersfield to swap out an electrical panel. I already have the supplies, and my worker doing the work; but the City need the permit from a Licensed Electrician. The work will be done professionally, and pass Inspection with Code Enforcement. I need it don't today. Looking good for someone who can help me with a favor and I can pay them some money, but I can't afford much.
