  Anyone have a referral for an HVAC company. I called Bell Bros, Diana the customer service person said, we do not work with Realtors or any home in Escrow. Ouch. I stated, my clients will pay for the service call up front. She repeated, we don't work with Realtors. Anyone have an HVAC company that does work with Realtors. :)
