  Looking for lots of referrals! I had a major flood last week at my house which affected (if not destroyed) about 85% of my house. I'm down to the framing in most of my downstairs. I'm looking for referrals for kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and entertainment center cabinetry, lighting fixtures, hardware fixtures, audio/video, appliance recommendations, etc etc. We are starting from scratch. I own a residential property management company here in RSM so I already work with lots of different vendors, but I figured since this is a much bigger job than I normally have my vendors deal with, it wouldn't hurt to hear other options of where people go to get good deals. We have good insurance so they would/could have their guys take care of everything, but I'm looking at options from all angles. Also does anyone know the process of getting lighting approved here in RSM? I know to even put back our recessed lighting we have to get it approved. Thanks!
