  Official. Got the Department of State to approve my LLC. My new commercial name is Realty Dreams & Solutions, LLC. Bought my first investment property last week. Needs about $15k in repairs. Even though my real realtor said that it was not a good investment, I did my due diligence on the property and it turns out that I stand to make between $30k and $60k in ARV profit. Will commence scope of work on November 10. Need an electrician who is licensed and bonded. I already have my contractor, but those of you who do contract work and contacted me for work, do not dismay. I will have plenty of properties to repair soon enough.
