  Chattanooga area friends. We are in need of a good, honest plumber who won't overcharge us. We have called 2 plumbers out, both overcharged for what they did and we still have a leak. We need both bathroom floors replaced but don't want to do that until we are sure the leak is fixed. If you know someone, please share!
