  Looking for a realtor who is very familiar with the Annapolis area. We live in a condo (Fairwinds) and want to sell it if not rent it out. We would love to buy a house but that might be a little bit down the road so we may have to rent one in the mean time. We want a neighborhood that is kid friendly.   Has anyone had a great selling experience with a real estate agent...not looking for realtors themselves to chime in here or people to refer their friends and family - I want to know if anyone had a fantastic selling agent that got them top dollar/less time on the market than they expected, etc.Thanks!
