  Very frustrated today, my lower back and hips are in so much pain. Getting upset isn't going to fix anything but I have tried everything. Acupuncture, chiropractor, massage, salt baths, change in diet, etc. I feel a constant gnawing, dull ache where my spine meets pelvis and in my hip joints. When I stand, then bend over and flex my neck I feel a quiver shoot down my right hip, butt and down my leg. Sometimes it feels like I have warm water running down my leg too. Why!?? I just want to open my flesh and fix my muscles and reset everything where it's supposed to be. I don't know what to do anymore but go to a doctor so he can give me a cortisone injection. Someone mentioned I may have Fibromyalgia. Bye bye health.
