Do you mean a protein powder? If so, I use About Time. It's the cleanest on the market and they have a good selection of favors. Tryabouttime.com is the website to order it.

We love It's about Time Protein. www.tryabouttime.com It only have four ingredients and uses Stevia instead of all the other artificial junk that is usually in protein powders. They also have a variety of great tasting flavors.
