Aside from being obsessive compulsive about the safety and cleanliness of your computer and the speed of our repairs (1 day return on average!), there are a few more things that distinguish us from our colleagues in Jerusalem…
We love what we do.
And that’s important. Too many computer technicians these days are in this business because they can make a quick buck - they know more than the average Joe about formatting hard drives and re installing operating systems, and they can charge for it. We’re in this business because we love a good computer challenge. The more messed up your computer is, the more we enjoy fixing it. Nerdy, yes, but the result is that you get your computer in a perfect condition, and not just “fixed”. As good as new – but a little bit better.
Because we pride ourselves on service.
We love this country – but it sure does lack some customer service awareness… we work hard to make sure you are as satisfied as can be – and that you will recommend us to all of your friends and family. We know that we’ll make a good living if everyone are happy – and not if everyone are overcharged. We keep our prices decent, and our service at first class.

We truly value your privacy. We will never, EVER, be exposed to any of your personal data. We are super strict about this, as we know how personal and private one’s computer is. Opening any personal file on your computer without your consent is forbidden to any of our employees, and the rule is strictly enforced. We’re not joking about this one – your private data will remain private.
