  um olyvia's dentist's name is douglas ladue he is in wyoming and he is AWESOME...his number is 616-455-4646...he only works on kids and makes them very comfortable...olyvia loves him and even gets excited when we tell her she has a dentist appt...that is normally NOT normal for a kid lol!

  Gary Cook...455-4646. Kids can only go there till they are 18 years old. All he deals with is kids. I went there and now my kids do. Great people there.
