Finally, I was told my refund would be sent out April 1st, well I guess that makes me a fool because it is now May and I still have no refund. Emily not only stole money and time from me but also these precious moments with my newborn twins that I'll never be able to get back. I wish I had known how poor her business ethics and customer service standards were before I hired her.
