I am VERY upset with the placement of my nose ring she had pierced it way to far back and and at an awkward angle it was super low almost by my cheek! Was not what we had discussed! Not to mention she also stabbed my lip with the needle as she was piercing my nose, I almost left with a pierced lip! Didnt even say sorry after I showed her what she did all she had to say was yup looks like I did! After I paid her got into my car to get a better look I was SO upset I go back inside to confront her and tell her how unhappy I was with not only the result of my piercing but also the expirence and how she damaged my lip! I wanted my money back, she told me she didn't do refunds, at this point I'm fuming and asked to speak to the owner he was understanding and professional apologized about the situation am still waiting on my refund to go through... Do not let this happen to you, do not go here to get body piercings!

We are looking to kick August off w a bang and both locations will be doing this....
