  Prestige Home Inspection Rob Lawrence 330 256 6510. This is the only company I use or recommend. You are not buying a sweater at Kohl's so get an inspector who has 1,000's under his belt.

  We used prestige home inspections. We were very impressed with the guy. Not sure if still doing it but his number is 330-256-6510. He gave us a 30 page report plus photos. He was vert thorough. Good luck!
