Our realtor left us high and dry at a home expecting that the home owners would open it for us. When I called the man in charge (Jared Fields), he sent someone out an hour later. When I asked him what happened, he told us that "we have been under contract multiple times (we had been under one contract, and were now under one more), lots of house showings (7 in total, that's a lot to these people, so don't look too long...), negotiations (that's their job), contract disputes (we never disputed anything, their realtor wanted more money when the seller asked for only 2% commission), and now Saturday and Sunday discussions.... etc." These guys will not work weekends for you unless forced to. When everything was said and done, Jared told us that we should be grateful that he made a call at all for us. When we made a review on Facebook, he had all of his friends attack our review to make us look illegitimate. He called us "silly," and his friends said that we have no experience and have never bought a home. This is our 3rd home. We have seen other teams, and this team is by far the worst. Jared claims that 40 hours is a lot of work, and that includes paperwork. Our home that we were buying with this team was 450,000. That's 13,500 in commission for them. If they didn't treat us well for that much money, that should be very telling. If you need quality information, time to search, and don't want to be harassed by the people you are paying, choose another company. Jared's team should be fleeing from him.
