  Muammer A. wrote: DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!! I referred my dad to JJ's to have the clutch and brakes replaced on his VW polo. When we received the vehicle it struggled to go into 1st gear and the right rear brakes was burning. Jaco then fixed it or maybe his incompetent workers. It then cost me to take the vehicle to a VW specialist who pointed out that instead of using a gasket to seal the gearbox Jaco used silicon which cost me an additional R1800 above the R5500 JJ's charged me. Above all last night the clutch burnt out which means Jaco used a reconditioned clutch and charged for a new part. I'm a very firm believer in 1st impressions & based on your Kak service I'll never use or refer anyone to you ever again. I utilized your services in good faith and thought why not support the locals however because of this dis-ease and negative experience your business will never succeed or progress. May your year ahead be just as KAK as your service. BE WARNED.... YOUR VEHICLE WILL REACH A FULL STOP AFTER IT'S BEEN TO JJ'S ONESTOP WORKSHOP
