I switched from a regular pillow to a memory foam thinking it might help but it's made it worse. Does anyone use a special pillow for neck/shoulder pain they can recommend.   Try mypillow.com I have one and I love it. Now I still have neck problems but it is by far the best pillow that I have found. I have a king size one but they recommend the regular size one. You can shape it to fit your needs.

  I got one of those 'my pillow' that I found at a womens show. I have since seen them at bed bath and beyond. It feels lumpy but when you put your head on it You don't notice that. They also recommend that you wash and dry it every couple months. They have a website too. Mypillow.com I think. I got it to help me stop snoring before I found out I have sleep apnea!
