  I'm a fan of ProActive Care in Stirling, opposite the diner, next to Walgreens, on Valley Rd. I have gone through a couple rounds of PT there with Russell Altman for my spine, pre and post surgery. My father also went there for his shoulder. Lovely people, great care. Www.proactivecarenj.com
