  Ann M. wrote: Quote was reasonable, quality is extremely poor. He will make bad cuts and use the boards anyway. Had him install some exterior steps, the ends of the stair treads are all uneven and one is cut so short that it only sits on the riser about 3/8" so it didn't even get tacked down. The materials used were treated deck boards so wont be long and that piece is going to bow up like a rocking chair and there is no getting it off because he used a nailing gun. I don't think he owns a level and the only square he owns is a speed square. What I paid him for materials was well over the cost of what he used. He is cheap and does VERY CHEAP WORK! I wish I could submit pictures here. I wouldn't recommend this guy to build a Lego set for you let alone a deck/porch/stairs...
