  Quickly: My car's gear shift would not engage and let me drive my car yesterday. The guess is that it might be something to do with the switch under the brake pedal that allows it to engage. (Car will not come out of park without brake fully depressed.) Our usual garage expressed their indifference to doing anything but recommending a transmission specialist. I might as well call the used car lot as do that. So, does anyone have any recommendations for a mechanic in the Sandy Springs/Roswell area? I need to get it out of these nice folks' parking lot today.
